In the interview, Mr. Chen gave a comprehensive and detailed introduction to Wang Jing's reporter for KUNDA's newly developed multi-functional composite AMR. The multi-functional composite AMR is applied in the intelligent processing line to realize automatic loading and unloading of specific products, tool replacement, and upgrade from "FMS" to "IFMS". Chen also said that KUNDA will continue to strengthen technology research and development and innovation in the field of aerospace manufacturing in the future, and contribute more projects and technologies to the digital upgrading of the manufacturing industry.

Multifunctional composite AMR
Cooperating with the ROS2 rider integrated control platform independently developed by KUNDA, the "IFMS" flexible production line has stronger adaptability, flexibility and intelligence than the traditional production line form. There are no special requirements for the layout and equipment form of the production line. After the completion of the production line, the expansion and maintenance costs are much lower than the traditional production line.
The new flexible production line concept, abandoning the traditional robot and truss production line in series, combining the composite AMR as the core unit with the terminal multi-functional quick-change "smart hand" and 3D visual profile guidance, is applied to the intelligent processing production line to achieve automatic loading and unloading of specific products, tool replacement and full life cycle management.
